💎 Earrings & Hygiene
For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery (including earrings) cannot be returned or exchanged once worn.
If your earrings arrive faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and your order details.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items showing signs of wear.

🔄 Returns — Non-Earring Items
Non-pierced items may be returned within 14 days of receipt provided:
• Items are unworn
• Items are in original condition
• Items are returned in original packaging
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

If you believe your item is faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
The following are not considered faults:
• Normal wear and tear
• Tarnishing or fading of plated finishes
• Damage caused by improper care
• Natural variation in handmade items
